cargo airline is launching a re-branding program,
and changing its name to ASTAR (pronounced A-Star)
AIR CARGO, INC. The re-branding will commence
immediately and the name change will become

of DHL Airways by a U.S. investor group led

approved to conduct international business in
Dalian, a tourism resort and port city in northeast
China"s Liaoning Province, following DHL,
UPS and TNT. Prior to entering Dalian, world

providing international service for some major
cities such as Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou.
